1.     The enamel line is used for wet enamel, drying and sintering of enamel inner tank with different specifications in bulk.  like conveying, drying, sintering will be finished on this machine automatically.

2.     Mainly used for hanging sintering. Max. size of inner tank: diameter 410mm, height: 1400mm

3.     Max. weight born by single hanger: 60Kg

4.     It is suitable for the sintering of inner tanks with different sizes and thicknesses.

5.     Heat source: natural gas. Reference: 8500kcal/m3

     A: The time depends on how many sets of machines you require. 20 days to 5 months.

4. Q: How will the machines be packaged?

    A:  Normally machines will be covered with film and fastened in the container. But package could be customed, like steel frame, wooden boxes etc..

5. Q: How long will the machines be guaranteed?

    A:  One year.

6. Q: How long is the lifespan of machines?

    A:  15-20 years.
