1、 Overview

YF-25 outer diameter measurement and control device is a high-precision measurement and control device that uses laser scanning principle for non-contact online measurement. It is mainly used in the production lines of various wires, cables and pipes to measure the outer diameter and adjust the screw speed of the extruder or the tractor speed to control the outer diameter. It can also be used to measure the outer diameter and size of the workpiece. With auxiliary devices, it can be used to measure the taper, roundness, axial runout, etc. of various revolving bodies, which conforms to the national standard JJF1250-2010 Specification for Laser Diameter Measurement and Metrology.
