Recommended plan:
1) 2.2-7.5kw is generally used for direct docking of mechanical equipment for dust removal, 2.2kw is only recommended for machines in industries with relatively small dust, such as polishing machines.
In the factory, most customers use 4KW-7.5KW. The air inlet is recommended to be about 5 meters, and the air outlet is 10-15 meters. The farther the length, the smaller the air volume.
2) For the band saw industry, 4KW-7.5kw is recommended, because the sawdust is relatively wet, and it is required to be pumped while working. If it is stacked and pumped, it is recommended to use 11KW, which is more efficient.
3) There is no fixed number for the output of one hour, because 2.2-7.5kw is only used for dust removal, and it is not action to extract sawdust for loading or dumping.
4) There are cases in the market where small electric tricycles are converted to closed compartments, using a 7.5kw fan and sawdust in bags
5) Some customers consider connecting multiple devices, if the distance is more than 20 meters, connect four or five devices, it is recommended that 11KW and above, so that the pumping is clean
6) For professional sawdust loading, 80% on the market is 18.5kw, 4-6 tons per hour. Depending on the material being pumped, there are some differences. Generally, customers buy 10-meter imported pipes and blow directly to the outlet. In the carriages, most are 4.2-meter carriages and 9.6-meter carriages. 15KW is recommended for 4.2-meter cars, and 22KW is recommended for 9.6-meter cars and above, which is efficient.
7) For workshops with long distances such as 50-100 meters of pipelines, such blowers are not recommended, but large centrifugal fans are recommended
8) The fan blades are consumables. The life span of 15-22kw is about 150-200 tons. Depending on the different materials, there are slight differences. Generally, they are severely worn, there will be vibration, and the output will be reduced. At this time, customers are recommended to replace the fan blades.
9) It is recommended to use a belt-driven fan in a non-electric environment. The conversion method is diesel engine power*0.75=KW, for example, a 20-horsepower diesel engine, 20*0.75=15kw, but this is the rated power. In fact, it has its general power. A 7.5KW pulley fan is recommended. At the same time, the speed of the diesel engine is on the low side, about 1400 rpm. To make its speed reach a high speed of 2900 rpm or more, the speed can be converted by a large pulley.
