Cooling Tower Fill, also named as cooling tower fill media, or cooling tower fill pack, or cooling tower infill, or cooling tower filler, is one of the most important components for exchange of gas and water in cooling tower. It is the major part to improve the efficiency of cooling tower and make sure the economy and safe operation. With the development of the plastic industry, counter current tower drench water plastic packing "S" shape ladder wave, obliquely wave, which has the heat dissipation, good performance, small ventilated resistance, durable, easy installation and other advantages, it is widely used in different types of large, medium and small cooling tower.

The LC cooling tower fill is one of our major counter flow cooling tower fills. Even if there is not notable A and B on the
surface, but there still have matching connection points for glue.

The distance between two pieces are 19-20mm more or less.
The thickness are 0.27mm to 0.38mm, the length and the width is fixed.

There are 4 sizes per piece: 750mm*800mm, 750mm*1600mm, 1000mm*1200mm and 375mm*800mm.

We can support you with loose sheets fills or finished fill blocks. Most clients prefer loose sheets, so cargo volume is much smaller and would save much shipping freight. Of course if the buyer is end user, they do not know how to install the loose sheets into blocks, or they may bear more labor cost at their local, so they can also order the fill blocks from us.

Working Temperature PVC fill is for working temperature 55 degrees max, and if you need fills for high temperature, we recommend PP fill sheets, which can work under 90 degrees.

Raw Material

The raw material for cooling tower fills are same, they will come out in different designs via thermal pressure with different mold. We can also build new mold according to your request. In fact, we have many different series, you can choose the type you need. PP and PVC material are for options. PP fill sheets are high temperature resistant. But most popular material is PVC sheets. It's economic.

Package: In bundle, or by pallet, or by wooden box, or as per customer's specific requirement. Delivery time: Usually the delivery time is within about 20 days after payment. Attention: When pack the cooling tower filling, please do not use airtight or air impermeable material, such as transparent plastic film or bubble plastic film, because that kind of packing material would keep the PVC fill in a very high temperature environment to make the PVC fill deform easily and affect its normal performance and usage.
