Cooling Tower Fill, also named as cooling tower filler, cooling tower infill, cooling tower fill media, cooling tower fill package, consists of thermoformed corrugated sheets made of rigid polyvinyl chloride (PVC), impervious to decay, fungus and biological attack. The cooling tower fill sheets are bonded to form modules which can be dimensioned to fit any application. Cooling tower fill also called cooling tower heat transfer media, it is an essential component in the cooling tower. Variations in total surface area, pressure drop, and material of construction are readily available to the consumers to optimize the cooling tower for a specific water quality and water temperature. The use of alternate cooling tower fill media should not be considered a substitute for a proper water treatment program or solids filtration (if required) that matches the required application. "Contamination" references in this document refer to suspended and dissolved solids, process particulates, oils, and grease, not bacteria or biological contamination.

The unit sheet size is 730mm(width)x730mm(length)x0.3mm(thickness). Width is certain, and the length is optional. 900mm,1000mm are also can be made. Black and gray colors are popular. It is very similar with America ML cooling tower fill with same 2 sides drift eliminator and same round shape holes hanging on the fiberglass tube in the tower. Sharp wave design on the surface bring good meet area of the water flow.

* Please do not expose the LC PVC fill under the strong sunshine to avoid any deformed. If the outside temperature is higher than 40 degree, the PVC film fill will be deformed within 1-2 hours under the strong sunshine. No matter it is 100% new PVC or recycle PVC, the strong sunshine will deform it very fast.

* Please do not use the airtight or air impermeability material packing the BL PVC fill, such as the transparent plastic film or bubble plastic film. That will keep the PVC fill in a higher temperature without any cool air come in and may bring some deformed.

* Please do not use the PVC LC cooling tower fill if the water temperature is more than 60 degree.
