GRP water tank can also be called FRP(Fiberglass Reinforced Plastics) water tank.
GRP is mainly composed by fiberglass and resin which will directly determine the quality of GRP water tank.
Single panel can be 5sizes, such as 1500*1000mm, 1500mm*500mm, 1000*1000mm, 1000*500mm, 500*500mm.
Hot pressed Fiberglass Reinforced Plastic water tank were first introduced in the early 1970′s and delivered substantial advantages over other types of tanks used at the time, proving them to be the ideal system for storing clean drinking water in all extremes of climate.

FIBERGLASS WATER TANK STEP-BY-STEP ASSEMBLY:
Step 1. Install steel footings on leveld concrete foundations.
Step 2. Align GRP panel to be pre-assembled.
Step 3. Place rubber sealant from ready-to-use roll between panels.
Step 4. Conect panels with bolts and nuts.
Step 5. Position bottom panel sections,and finish up base of tank .
Step 6. Position three sides of the tank .
Step 7: Position and fix roof panels and if required ,roof support pipes and plates.
Step 8: Install reinforcement if required.
Step 9: Close up the tank with the fourth side .
Step 10.Finish the internal or external reinforcement .
Step 11.fill and test .

We usually use black sealing belt to make sure the water tank sealing.
If you want white sealing belt, we can also supply for you.
The water tank panel always be white color frp panle, but some customers always want blue color water tank, such us Indonesia market.
