2. Paint Chemlok, improve tensile.

Chemlok is a chemical substance used to bond metal and rubber, without Chemlok the rubber can be tear apart from metal easily. Now our valve tensile is over 680N, rubber and metal are bonded very tight.

3. Valve Leaking Test.

We test every valve before sale to customers , if any valve leaks, we promise to compensate a whole bag.

A: Generally, we pack our goods in transparent PP bag and carton box. If you have other requirement for example, the colorful box of packing, woven bag or bandage, please inform me before the delivery. Q2. What is your terms of payment? A: T/T 30% as deposit, and 70% before delivery. We'll show you the photos of the products and packages before you pay the balance. Q3. What is your terms of delivery? A: FOB Ningbo Port or deliver goods to your Chinese warehouse (your man arrange the rest delivery without any charges on my side) Q4. How about your delivery time? A: Generally, it will take 15 days after receiving your advance payment. The specific delivery time depends on the items and the quantity of your order. Q5. Can you produce according to the samples? A: Yes, we can produce by your samples or technical drawings. Also, we can build the molds and fixtures. Q6. What is your sample policy? A: We can supply the sample if we have ready-made parts in stock, but the customers have to pay the freight charge. Q7. Do you test all your goods before delivery?
