Types of Dust Collector Filter Cartridge
·“DONGJIE” offers pleated dust collection filter Cartridges for gas handling – dust collection for effective solid-gas separation. Pleated dust collection cartridges are available with flanged(Collar) type, double snap band type or Aluminum 3 – lock flange type. Pleated three lock flanged type cartridges can be installed using tie rods in the cellar outside of the filter cartridge.
“DONGJIE” recommends proper pleat height nos of pleats based on pleat to pleat distance to avoid any dead zone for optimum utilization of filter cartridge. For better efficiency of filtration and solid removal, “DONGJIE” recommends Aluminum coated
filter media. For reduced recurring expenses, "DONGJIE" offers filtered cartridges with removable core
