California bearing ratio (CBR) tester

Product usage:

The California bearing ratio (CBR) tester is used to test the load-bearing ratio of various soil and pavement base materials and base materials after making parts in a specified test cylinder.

Technology Parameters
1. Load-bearing Ratio Tester:

* Press speed 1mm / min

* Maximum pressure 30kN.
2. Optional Accessories:
* Penetrating rod: end face diameter Φ50mm, length 100mm.
* Dial indicator: 0-10mm, 2 pcs.
* Perforatedplate: one piece.
* Load board: 4 pieces (outer diameter Φ150mm, inner diameter Φ52mm).
* Test cylinder: inner diameter Φ152mm, height 170mm, spacer Φ151mm, height 50mm, same as heavy-duty compaction test cylinder

Maintenance:

1. After each test, the instrument should be cleaned immediately.

2. After one year of use, replace the grease in the gearbox with new grease, and perform regular maintenance in the future.
