Details and Features

★ Key part of this machine is an openable no-material-leakage double hollow conical mixing cavities with two dischargeable conical mixing screws; ★ Two hollow conical mixing cavities are processed by hardening and tempering before being manufactured; the metallographic characteristic and hardness of barrel keep their initial geometric structure and screws and mixing cavities are processed by fine polishing, nitriding and anti-corrosion, ensuring the core parts has enough stability and achieving repeatable data in the service life; ★ Main driving adopts digit-settable frequency controlling to select appropriate rotational speed according to the material’s characteristics; ★ Be able to measure the axial pressure and die pressure at material output port and control the extruding flow, so it can output rod, sheet, pipe, granule, film and filament with different optional dies; ★ Working temperature is controlled on four separated sections to get a specific temperature gradient during processing or direct controlled by thermocouple; ★ Stay time of material in barrel can be changed by backflow of melt, achieving the purpose of long-time mixing; ★ Mixing, dispersing and shearing of material can be set by controlling the rotational speed and axial force; ★ Space between mixing screws are adjustable.
