Series Semi-autometic Sample Loom
AT246 Series Semi-automatic Sample Loom is used for sample weaving of all kinds of fabrics, such as cotton, hair, jute, silk, chemical fiber, blending, etc. It consists of shedding mechanism, weft insertion mechanism, beating-up mechanism, take-up mechanism, let-off mechanism, weft selection mechanism, electrical control mechanism, etc. It is widely used in weaving mills, scientific research units, textile institutes and foreign trade companies, etc.
Details and Features
★Integrally welded by seamless rectangular steel pipe, reasonable construction and good rigidity;
★Machine surface adopts electrostatic spraying and automobile lacquer handling, good brightness and nice appearance;
★Adopting pneumatic shedding mechanism to avoid the disadvantage of easy to wear for traditional peg mechanical structure;
★With weft-density can be settable and equipped with automatic correction function
★Warp Let-Off by constant tension aerodynamic damped, and attached with electromagnetic brake mechanism
★Stable operation, low noise and high reliability;
★PLC control touch screen, storing 6pcs of pattern cards and 1000 lines reachable for each pattern card;
★With computer interface to achieve the communication between PC and PLC.
