Products Description

Automatic face mask shrink packaging machine is widely used in automatic online shrink packaging of face mask and any other different sizes of products. It is consist of film cutting machine and shrink machine two parts. Machine works with detection photoelectric,horizontal and vertical sealing knife adopt whole connecting without gap, the film won't break. Machine use POF film or any other industry standard heat sealing film to pack the face mask,which make the seal firm and beautiful.

Machine function and characteristic

1.Automatic feeding or manual feeding can be choose.

2.Machine adopts high quality steel to ensure the long service life.
3.Temperature control using high-precision intelligent temperature controller system.

4.Speed adjustable front-end feeding system and the back-end storage work platform make the whole machine truly achieve high speed and unmanned automatic operation.

PLC control: high reliability and strong anti-interference ability. Photoelectric control system: high sensitivity and fast response. Sound and light alarm system: automatic alarm, high safety.

Height-adjusting handwheel: Turn the handwheel to adjust the height of the table to adapt to different products.

Blowing device: Blowing in the gas at an angle of 90° blows the corners of the film away to avoid wrinkling of the corners.

Film loading handle: turn the handle when installing the packaging film, open the film device for installation (packaging film width <55cm)

Membrane device: automatic film sticking, ventilation, and automatic film exit.

Fixing rod: It has product positioning and guiding functions to ensure the sealing and cutting effect.

Coated alloy knife: Teflon coating, anti-sticking and high temperature resistance, to ensure that the seal does not crack or scorch.

Air pressure device: the air compressor is connected here to provide power for the cutter to lift and seal.

Waste film wheel: Automatically winding the film cut during the operation of the machine.
