Full belt conveyor

The full belt conveyor (Picture 2), self-contained positioning function, adopts German SICK electric eye, accurate detection, and cooperates with the host to realize “no product machine standby” and “product come machine start”. It can easily switch products of different lengths without being restricted by the pusher block. It has strong applicability and realizes multiple uses in one machine. For softer products, this is a big advantage. The product will not be squeezed and out of shape by the pusher block.

Patent adjustable bag former

Easy to adjust, the packaging bag produced by the bag former is square and three-dimensional, suitable for products with various characteristics (soft, hard, high, short, wide, narrow, etc.), convenient adjustment, accurate scale support, and storage on the computer Memory, so that each adjustment has a quantitative index, as shown in Picture 3.

New designed feeding device

All belts are imported from Japan. 13 small belts are combined into an inverted triangle, so that each product can be accurately fed into the packaging bag. With the patented bag former, it is especially suitable for feeding soft products, avoid being squeezed and out of shape, refer to picture 4.

Horizontal seal mis-position inspection function

Automatically jump cut products that are incorrectly fed into the bag to avoid mistakenly cut products and ensure the integrity of the products that have been mistakenly entered. This function requires the packaging material must be a transparent film, and it is not suitable for pure aluminum and electroplated aluminum foil packaging films, as shown in picture 5.

Protect function of mid-seal and end-seal

Open cover,machine stop. 1: When the machine is running, the worker opens the protective cover, and the whole machine automatically stops; 2: When the protective cover is opened, the machine cannot start normally, and the two-color warning light is on, which protects the safety of the operator.

Mid-seal wheel group

Equipped with a set of pre-heating device and a set of heating and pressing wheels, all of which are automatically controlled by the cylinder to open and close, and automatically open when the machine is stopped, so as to prevent the film from being burned by long-term shutdown.

Memory menu

The computer can memorize 99 sets of packaging product settings, switch products quickly without wasting time, just call up the stored product name, and the machine will automatically restore all the parameters under the product name and the corresponding origin of the machine.

Troubleshooting

When an abnormality occurs, the machine will automatically troubleshoot, reducing the time consumption of the operator.

Packaging film bracket

Two film support bracket, automatic centering design, saving time when changing the film, the maximum film width: 500mm; the maximum outer diameter of the paper roll: 300mm.
