The XM series roller briquette machine specialize in pressing various powder material like coal, coke and semi-coke, charcoal and other powder material to briquettes. Due to souble rollers forced squeezing, the discharged briquettes have features of high density,high strength and high hardness. Roller material adopts 65Mn and wear-resistant alloy material (patent technology). This alloy roller is processed through special hard-[acked casting technique, exclusively. Only by this material can solve the key problem of roller not wearable all the time and make it's lifetime extend 3-4 times. The above briquette machine is XM-290 model, the roller diameter is 290mm and material is 65Mn. this material can greatly increase the life of the machine,  The design capacity is 1-3 tons briquettes for one hour.

3. After get order, We will control every part's quality , all raw material must through  quality Inspection. manufacture machine by experienced worker, our quality supervision departments must inspect every machine after machine finish.

4. Before machine delivery, we will check machine one by one and do some test of workshop.

5. We will delivery all machines onne by one according shipping list.

6. We will supply complete workshop foundation drawings for all machines before machine installation and our company will send engineer to customer's working site for guide installation, Trial run and Worker training etc.
