This is sawdust briquette making machine.Machine adopt good quality carbon steel,the service life over 10 years.
The material can be various biomass,like palm kernel,peanut shell,branch,logs,ect.The material size must less 5mm.If material too big,we will recommend you crusher according to your requirement.Besides the material size must less 5mm,the moisture of material should be 12%.Too wet or too dry will cause bad forming effect.If your material moisture over 12%,we have sawdust drying machine.Aftercrushing,the material was delivery to drying machine,then it was sent to forming machine.

Sawdust briquette machine using the inherentcharacteristics of wood raw materials by screwsqueezing , the lignin in the wood raw material isprecipitated under high temperature and highpressure to combine the fine wood fiberplasticization to form a rod-shaped solid fuel.
1.Heat Ring:the heat riwood briquette machine is stainless steel , whichthe inner part is electric heating wire . For our newly designed biomass briquettemachine , the heat ring is increased from 6 rings to 7 rings , that can make thesurface of briquettes smoother than before .
