Spiral stone washing machine is suitable for construction sites, sand and gravel plants, hydropower stations, concrete dam sites,post and telecommunications pole factories.
The sand washing machine is arranged at an inclination of 15°, and the lower part of the water tank is surrounded by three side slabs to form a sedimentation tank.
The spiral head is not inserted into the sedimentation tank, and the spiral is continuously rotated by the electric motor through the reducer, and the washing water is fed from the perforated plate at the bottom of the sedimentation tank.
The device has three functions of cleaning, dehydration and classification. We have two types of sand washing machine:

Working Principle
The stone washer adopts inclination of 15°,under the water tub, three weir plates form the sediment pool, the screw head is immersed in this pool, the screw is driven by electric motor through reducer rotating continuously, the fresh water is feeding from porous plate at bottom of sediment pool. The sand washing machine is a kind of sand washing machine, appliance by water fit with the sand maker.
The sand washer can wash away micro amount of stone powder and impurity from the mixed sand made by the sand maker to improve the quality of the sand. The sand washer impelled by generator and redactor drives the impeller to rotate in circles continuously in the water tank and then to make the sandstones and slag particles mixed, inverted and washed in the tank and discharged after dehydration of the materials in the impeller.
