Product Description

High-speed Dispersing Mixer, used for water-based paints, oil-based paints, white emulsion adhesives, acrylic acid paints, etc. Contacting parts SUS 304, Lifting height of 1000 mm or customized. Rotation speed about 1250rpm or customized.

1. Working principles:

The dispersion plate has many serrated blades. When the machine works at a high speed, the raw material flips up and down intensively in the container and is impacted and sheared by the blades. As a result, the aggregate is destroyed by rapid dispersion, homogeneous mixing, and fast dissolution. The user could control its working speed by adjusting the box or frequency converter. The latter is a little more expensive than the former.

Dispersing Mixer is widely used in many fields. such as coatings, dyes, ink, pigments, papermaking, cosmetics, food, resin, adhesive, lotion, medicine, oil, pesticides, daily chemical, and other fields.

3. Category:

Generally speaking, the high-speed dissolver has a mechanical lifting type and a hydraulic lifting type. The mechanical lifting type is a cheaper, and easier operation than the hydraulic type.
