Profile extrusion line adopts specially designed screw barrel, die and extrusion machine processing technology to produce WPC products. The company's product series, wood plastic one-step thick plate equipment, wood plastic one-step special profile equipment, wood plastic one-step decoration equipment, wood shaping grain equipment, all kinds of wood plastic mold.
The extruder adopts four level mixing direct extrusion, or two step extrusion after granulation, saving electricity and space. With high yield, stable extrusion pressure, preheating feeder placed on the top of the host, first extract most of the moisture in the wood powder, so that the host feeding section more substantial, plasticizing mixing effect is good, and so on, the optimization of screw design to shear small, do not cut wood fiber. The retention time of the material in the machine is even. Screw barrel adopts bimetal treatment, wear-resistant and corrosion-resistant, and its service life is greatly extended.
This production line produces PP, PP or PVC wood-plastic products, mainly used for pallets, container boards, flooring, outdoor decoration materials, etc. It is very widely used. Wood flour and plant fiber (up to 50-75%); The equipment has strong adaptability, and can process PP, PE, PVC, ABS, PS, etc.

The screw of the equipment is conical, the small diameter end is the metering section, the cross sectional area is the smallest, the axial force is small, on the contrary, the large diameter end space is large, can install bearing bearing larger axial load force
The vacuum exhaust device of the equipment can remove the moisture of PVC powder and the low molecular compounds in the air to improve the quality of the product
The barrel of the equipment is heated by aluminum heater, which has long service life and is easy to disassemble
