Company Profile
The extruder is mainly composed of screw, barrel, transmission system, head connector, electrical control box and so on.
(1) Screw
It is the key part to complete the transportation and plasticization of plastic. Due to its rotation, it pushes the plastic forward, so as to achieve the purpose of compaction, melting, mixing and homogenization. The thread is composed of different functional sections, which has good transportation, compaction, mixing and plasticization effects and high output. The screw material is nitrided steel (38CrMoAlA), which is processed by nitriding and fine grinding. It has high corrosion and wear resistance and long service life.
(2) Barrel
It is a part matched with the screw. The barrel is made of nitrided steel. The inner hole is nitrided, with high hardness, good wear resistance and certain corrosion resistance. There are five groups of heaters on its outer surface. The heat is transmitted from the barrel to the plastic to melt and plasticize the plastic. Five temperature measuring points are set at each part of the heater barrel, which can be automatically controlled within the plastic processing temperature range The fifth heating zone of the barrel is equipped with air circulation cooling, which can accelerate the accuracy of barrel cooling and temperature control
