The factory provides a free warranty within 10 years. The warranty content is "deformation of the sculpture structure and cracking of the copper surface under the condition of non-human damage and force majeure damage."

2. For large bronze sculptures, the after-sales service department of our factory and the maintenance department designated by the customer jointly undertake the daily repair and maintenance of the sculptures, as follows:

1. The customer designates relevant departments and personnel as the permanent sculpture maintenance department, and establishes barrier-free communication and docking channels with the factory's after-sales service department.

2. After the sculpture has been installed in our factory and passed the customer's acceptance, our professional after-sales service personnel will provide a technical training seminar on the daily maintenance and cleaning of the bronze sculpture for the relevant personnel of the customer.

3. The obligations of the manufacturer during the warranty period:

A: During the first 3 years of the warranty period, the after-sales service department of our factory will actively contact customers every quarter to understand the maintenance and cleaning of the sculptures, and observe the quality changes of the sculptures through photos, videos, etc.

B: In the first 2 years of the warranty period, our after-sales service department will provide 4 on-site quality inspections (once every six months), and professional after-sales service personnel will come to inspect the sculpture usage and warranty maintenance.

C: After entering the warranty period of 3 years to 10 years, the after-sales service department of our factory actively contacts the customer once every six months to understand the maintenance and cleaning of the sculpture, and observe the quality change of the sculpture through photos, videos, etc.

D: After the expiration of the 10-year period, the factory will provide a refurbishment and care of the surface of the sculpture, so that the bronze sculpture can reach the surface effect of the factory. The customer only provides related nursing material costs and after-sales personnel transportation, food and accommodation costs. The re-care of the surface can also be advanced or postponed according to customer needs.

3. At any time the sculpture products are damaged by man-made or force majeure, our factory provides on-site repair services, and only charges the cost of materials and labor.
