Compatible with φ100, φ150 mm specimen preparation at the same time (φ100 specimen kit is an option).

Axial pressure pneumatic constant pressure, using imported high-precision constant pressure valve, small fluctuations in axial pressure during the test.

The body is integrated with electric mold release device, built-in program-controlled delayed automatic mold release function.

Electric guard door that can be operated by touch. When automatic compaction occurs, the guard door opens and closes automatically according to the instrument status under the control of the safety program. The special advanced user mode allows to turn off the system safety program, thus realizing the test under the condition of opening the protective door.
Hidden built-in LED lighting system.

Adopts imported PLC and 10.1" configuration touch screen with closed-loop speed control, angle, height, number of laps, density and other information can be displayed in real-time curves, and the specimen forming method can be selected from height-controlled and lap-controlled compaction modes.

It can record multiple sets of compaction curve process data and compaction parameters, which can be viewed and exported to EXCEL file via USB.

Supplied with random calibration kit box (with height and axial load calibration tools) (optional)
