It is a kind of porous titanium filter element sintered by high temperature and high vacuum with industrial high purity titanium powder (99.6%, 0.4% titanium alloy: nitrogen, hydrogen, iron, manganese, etc.) as raw material after sieving and cold isostatic pressing.
