Ceramic Orange Seal Fishing Reel bearing kits are an upgrade replacement to stock fishing reel bearings. These ABEC #7 bearings have ceramic balls with stainless steel races and retainers. Orange Seal bearings have a non-contact rubber seal which allows the bearing to spin freely with out any excess drag. Ceramic will never corrode; it has less rolling resistance and is lighter and than steel. As a result ceramic bearings last longer and cast longer. All Ceramic Orange Seal fishing reel bearings are supplied Cleaned of Oil or Grease and Lube Dry.

Advantages of hybrid ceramic ball stainless steel fishing gear bearing: 1. High speed and acceleration capacity-the working speed of ceramic ball bearings can reach more than 1.3 times the limit speed of bearing steel of the same model; 2. Long life and wear resistance-the fatigue life of all-ceramic bearings is expected to be 10-50 times longer than that of all-steel bearings, and the life of hybrid ceramic bearings is about 3-5 times longer than that of all-steel bearings; 3. Very little lubrication required-ceramic materials have a low friction coefficient. Ceramic bearings with oil lubrication are used. When the lubricating oil becomes thin or lean, its lubricating ability is still not lower than the traditional lubricants commonly used in steel bearings; 4. Abrasion resistance-because the ceramic material is an inert material, it is more resistant to corrosion and wear; 5. High rigidity-due to the high elastic modulus of ceramic materials, its rigidity is 15-20% higher than that of ordinary steel bearings; 6. High temperature resistance-all ceramic bearings can work at temperatures above 500C; 7. Low torque--according to the structure, the torque of the ceramic bearing is reduced by about 1/3; 8. Non-magnetic and non-conductive-ceramic bearings can not be damaged by magnetism and electricity.
