Full-automatic liquid filling, plugging and capping machine

1. Overview

The eyedrop filling and capping machine is suitable for liquid filling and sealing of 2-20ml bottles in pharmaceutical industry. The machine has reasonable structure, automatic bottle sorting, filling, stopper sorting, stopper packing, cap sorting, cap screwing, and high-precision cam indexer positioning the astrolabe with no gap and accurate positioning. High-precision piston pump (or peristaltic pump) filling, accurate and adjustable measurement, convenient cleaning and maintenance, simple operation, with the functions of no bottle filling, no bottle plugging and no cap plugging. The worktable is protected by 304 high-quality stainless steel, and the contact part with the liquid medicine is 316L high-quality stainless steel. The whole machine meets GMP requirements. The machine adopts mechanical transmission, which has the advantages of accurate and stable transmission, low loss, stable work and stable output, and is especially suitable for batch production of enterprises.

2. Working principle

Preparation of working process materials

Prepare enough bottles, inner plugs, outer caps and liquid medicine. The inner plugs and outer caps should fill the track of the oscillating hopper and be located at the inner plug and outer cap adding station.

Into the bottle

The bottle is fed into the bottle by the bottle supply turntable.

filling

The bottles are sorted and thick by the oscillating bottle sorting device and sent to the positioning disc, and then intermittently driven by the positioning disc to the filling, stoppering, capping and capping stations. The liquid medicine is sucked by a peristaltic pump, transported by a silicone tube, and then filled into the bottle by a needle tube which can move up and down automatically at the filling station. Every time the needle moves up and down, the filling is completed.

The stopper oscillating hopper supplies the stopper to the stopper station, and the bottle moves to the stopper station through the clearance of the turntable. The optical fiber detects the working signal of the electromagnetic valve controlling the stopper cylinder to control the cylinder to work, so as to achieve the function of stoppering bottles without stoppering bottles. The stopper supporting plate is designed based on the principle of self-weight, which avoids the unstable situation of using springs or spring pieces for a long time before, so the stopper is very accurate.

The bottle with the inner stopper is sent to the capping and capping station by the positioning disc. The capping principle is similar to the capping principle, and the capping is completed by the cylinder. The capping is completed by the capping head, which continuously rotates under the capping head and moves up and down as a whole. When the bottle stops just below, the lowered capping head covers the cap to complete the capping operation. The cap screwing mechanism adopts a constant torque design, and the torque is adjusted according to the tightness of the screw fit between the cap and the bottle mouth. After the cap is screwed in place, it can automatically slip, so as to achieve the purpose of not hurting the cap or bottle.

Out of bottle

The capped bottle is then pulled to the conveyor belt by the bottle pulling wheel, and finally transported out of the machine, and enters the next packaging process.
