Working principle: The machine is suitable for cleaning glass bottles, which can be conveniently connected with the following equipment to achieve the automation from bottle washing to filling. The bottles to be cleaned enter the drum with intermittent motion through the bottle dial, and the bottles are cleaned by ultrasonic cavitation first, and then alternately washed by tap water, ionized water or distilled water and purified compressed air. Automatic ultrasonic immersion cleaning in the next working procedure-first shower-second shower-oil free compressor air blowing (all bottle washing methods are internal shower and external shower, and the steam source is provided by the buyer).
