Germany Bosch Rexroth Configuration

1. Only high-precision CNC machining center (other laser brand or other type of precision equipment) can be equipped with this kind of guide rail. It is made of exclusive steel material by fine grinding process. Or through professional motion test, the precision can reach 0.002. Wear resistance ability is 2-3 times higher than the general guide rail.

2. According to customer feedback, we found that after 2-3 years, the Taiwan guide rail has different degrees of 0.002-0.008 wear gap problems. Germany Bosch rexroth customer feedback has been good for five years. Most laser machine companies do not use, one is the cost control reason, single meter expensive ￥300. Second, Bosch rexroth rail and slide interchangeability is good.

Packing

Ⅰ The parts are individually wrapped in plastic film and carton, the whole machine will be protected by the foam board；

Ⅱ The middle layer is wrapped with environmental protection material； Ⅲ And the outermost layer is wrapped with PE stretch film, finally add a wooden plywood base.

1. In general, the size of fiber laser machine no more than 1325 (1300*2500mm) will be packaged with wooden case. Before that, the machine parts will be put on the machine bed except for the chiller, the machine will be protected by the foam board of the four corners and wrapped with the film before shipping.

2. Fiber laser machines of which the size is over 1530 (1500*3000mm) cannot be packaged plywood case because the width of the machine exceeds the container’s. The machine will be fix on the pallet.

3. Fiber laser machine 1530 size (1500*3000mm) with enclosed cover and exchange table need to be shipped with 20 feet frame rack and the 20 feet container. If the size is bigger, the packaging and the shipping way needs to be confirmed.
