Our automatic transformer radiator production line mainly absorbed ,improved updated the technology and design of Germany GEORG and Canada MTM.The whole line is composed of automatic decoiler,roll former,press machine,magnetic turning table,multiple spot welder, side seam welding machine,head welding machine,side shearing machine,head cutting machine,and control cabinets,etc.The size of the radiators are 320,460,480,520,535,or custom-design.The line is fully automatic production line from xoil strips to well-made radiator panels,all the processes are finished online.All parameters are set on HMI,the operating is very convenient.
