2、 Boiler system

The fuel is combusted in the furnace liner under slight positive pressure through the burner, and the flue gas enters the flue pipe bundle along the furnace liner through the back burning chamber for convective heat transfer, and then is discharged into the atmosphere through the chimney to the rear smoke box. Hinged movable smoke box doors are used at the front and rear ends for convenient maintenance and overhaul.

This series of boilers are compact in structure and convenient in installation and transportation. 3、 Installation requirements

General requirements

2. boiler installation shall comply with relevant national standards, code for construction and acceptance of atmospheric hot water boiler installation engineering.

3. the boiler is strictly prohibited to burn gasoline and light diesel and heavy diesel mixed with gasoline in any proportion. Before installation and use, carefully read and understand the burner installation and operation instructions provided with the burner.

4. precautions:

1) The boiler installation site must have 380/50 (v/hz) power supply with sufficient capacity and enough operation and maintenance space.

2) The boiler installation site shall be relatively dry, which can ensure 24-hour ventilation and meet the fire-fighting conditions; Do not be close to inflammables and explosives; It is forbidden to install in wet, open air and strong acid and alkali corrosive places.
