Introduction of wood pyrolysis kiln
Wood pyrolysis kiln adopts the method of dry distillation and natural carbonizing,heating the inside materials until it produce fuel gas ,tar and final charcoal; 6-8 hours for carbonization and then 8-10hours for cooling, then the charcoal product can be take out by the hoist. This carbonization stove is our new invention.The inner pot can be hanged outside which saves the cooling time , so the productivity increases largely.It is an ideal choice for mass production.This type of furnace adopts the structure of unique air storage chamber, to fully reuse the smoke produced during the process of carbonization. 80% of the redundant combustible gas can be used for drying and carbonization which saves energy and increases the enterprise revenue. And the operation is very convenient, good safety, high production efficiency, can save a lot of energy, good environmental protection performance.Application of wood pyrolysis kiln
This wood pyrolysis kiln is widely used to carbonize Wood logs, tree trimmings, branches, wood briquette, coconut shell, palm nutshell, Walnut Shell, Macadamia nutshell, bamboo, and other nut shell or hard raw material, converting the agriculture waste to bio-char.
