Technical parameters of 3-ton steam boiler for industrial production

WNS fuel gas steam boiler adopts horizontal standard three return structure, and the combustion mode adopts micro positive pressure combustion. The boiler body is composed of a drum, a furnace liner (corrugated furnace liner) and two return flue pipes. The drum is equipped with steam water separation device and water supply device, and the lower part is equipped with regular sewage discharge device. After the fuel is mixed with air in the burner, it is ignited by the electronic igniter and injected into the furnace liner for combustion. The high-temperature flue gas enters the two-stage convection tube bundle from the furnace liner and is discharged to the atmosphere by the rear smoke box through the chimney.
