Use and maintenance

1. Regularly check whether the bolts in all parts of the equipment are loose, and regularly add grease, pay attention to the tension of the belt;

2. The equipment shall not be fed in a static state. It is forbidden to carry out various inspections in the power-on state. If there is any abnormality, the equipment should be completely stopped before the inspection and maintenance can be carried out;

3. The equipment should be uniformly fed at low speed (2-3 rpm) to ensure the balance of objects in the deoiling cylinder;

4. For hydraulic system oil, use a viscosity of 15-68 CST to clean non-impurity hydraulic oil. It is recommended to use N46 hydraulic oil;

5. After the first 100 hours of system use, the hydraulic oil should be replaced and the hydraulic oil should be replaced every 3000 hours.

6. Do not stack other debris around the equipment, keep it clean and have sufficient lighting.
