Three-grade combined type shelling machine including :first-stage shelling, second-stage shelling, third-stage shelling, This sheller machine can be used for cracking various kinds of nuts, such as almond, hazelnut, etc. The machine has the feed hopper, the stripe roller, the shed bar, the fan, the gravity separator, the fan and so on,which can be equipped with single-fan motor or double-fan motor.Customers can adjust the gap to get a better breaking performance.

This machine is mainly used to divide apricot kernels, hazelnuts, almonds, different nuts and beans into three grades, which are convenient for storage and sales. It consists of three size of vibrating screens, which ensures that the nuts
can be screened and classified at the same time.The size of the movable sieve is range from 6 to10 mm. The sieves
can be replaced by other needed size.

1)Conveyor:The raw materials enter the screening machine through the hoist (single screen or drum screen selection).
