The steam generator is mainly composed of boiler shell, upper and lower furnace liners, tube sheet, smoke pipe, burner and other components. The burner is installed in front of the steam generator.

When the steam generator operates, the fuel is injected into the furnace through the burner and fully burned in the furnace, and the flue gas flows to the smoke chamber and chimney through the smoke pipe. 1. Burner part

The combustion equipment of the steam generator adopts foreign advanced burners, which adopt electronic automatic ignition, mechanical high-pressure injection, high (low) pressure protection (gas fuel), automatic oil temperature control (heavy oil and residual oil) and automatic air volume proportional regulation. The control of each action is completed by the program controller, so it has the characteristics of high automation, fast steam output and high thermal efficiency.

2. Water supply system

The advanced electronic detection circuit at home and abroad is used for automatic control, and the water level is interlocked with the water pump and burner. When the water level of the steam generator reaches the low water level, the water pump will be automatically started to make up water, and the pump will be stopped at the normal water level. If the water level continues to drop to the dangerous level due to the failure of water replenishment due to the damage of the water pump and other reasons, an alarm will be sent automatically, and a signal will be output to stop the combustion of the burner to prevent dry burning due to lack of water.

3. Fuel supply system

The gas steam generator uses natural gas, liquefied gas, coal gas, etc. as the fuel. Because the calorific value of the gas fuel varies greatly, our company will customize it according to the gas fuel provided by the user. The gas supply system is equipped with a leak detection device, high and low gas pressure protection switches and other safety protection devices to ensure safe and reliable operation of the steam generator.

010diesel oil is generally used as fuel for fuel steam generator, and special fuel must be declared in advance. The filter device provided by our company must be installed in the oil supply pipeline to ensure the cleanness of the fuel.

4. PLC control device

PLC is used for full automatic control, and Chinese display screen is used for man-machine dialogue. Users can set parameters for control according to their own work needs, such as setting the upper and lower temperature limits of hot water. After the parameters are set, the user only needs to turn on the power switch and press the "start" button to realize automatic operation.
