Product Description
Corrosion resistant hot dip galvanized water tank
It is composed of SMC mould compressed plate, sealing material, metal structural part, and fittings. It is site installed, which gives great convenience for design and construction. If the original water tank needs to be replaced, it will not need to reform the housing.For normal water tank, design per standard.For special water tank, design especially. We can design the water tanks of 0.125~1500m3.

Water capacity varies from 1.0 cubic meter to 1000 cubic meters, height may reach as great as 5 meters. Inflow, outflow tubes as well as return tube's diameter and place is decided by the designer, passages of at least 7000mm is needed around the tank.

Bolt，nut & washers: Galvanized.
Sealing material: Non-toxic P.V.C foam tape shall be used in between the joints
Covers:The tank cover shall be constructed from 1.2mm to 3.0mm of thickness stainless steel 304 material according to the requirement
Flanges :The sectional panels shall be pressed to double flanges at the angles of 45 degree and 90 degree to the face of the plateon four sides.
Reinforcement Method :All tanks are internally braced with angle stays to endure the rigidity of the tank when filled with the water. The Top panel is supported by top panel support, which shall be made of stainless steel grade 304 or 316 material according to requirement.
