Advantages of semi-grouting sleeves: 1. It can significantly shorten the length of the sleeve, halve the workload of on-site grouting, reduce the grouting pressure, and reduce the sealing requirements for the joints of components, which is conducive to construction and guaranteeing the quality of joints. Instructions for use: Roll a steel bar with a standard thread and screw it into the wire end of the grouting sleeve, bind it and put it into the component mold, insert a semi-hard hose into the grouting hole and the exhaust hole, pour the concrete to form, and install the component. When in place, put the open end of the grouting sleeve on another steel bar, and inject high-strength non-shrinkage cement grouting material from the grouting hole. When the vent hole overflows, block the vent hole and the grouting hole. After reaching a certain strength, the longitudinal reinforcement is connected as a whole.
