AMTK® ME-480 Fully-automatic nucleic acid extractor is based on the magnetic beads adsorption method by the magnetic rod. The system is composed of five 96-channel magnetic rod, heating module and automatic loading/unloading module of magnetic rod sleeve. It’s compatible with different nucleic acid extraction reagents with magnetic beads, widely used for large-scale automatic nucleic acid extraction with kinds of samples, such as whole blood, serum, plasma, swab, exfoliated cells, urine, sputum, feces, tissue, dried blood spots, saliva, lung lavage fluid and etc. It has the characteristics of high cost performance, high timeliness and high openness.

Application: 1. Large-scale gene detection of pathogenic microorganism or screening items in molecular diagnosis of clinical market, such as public health infection emergencies, mass screening of HBV/HPV, etc. 2. Screening of genetic markers in agricultural molecular breeding. 3. The gene detection of infection events in animal epidemic prevention, such as swine fever and avian flu, etc. 4. The system can be used in the third-party medical laboratories , movable laboratories and hospitals.
