The principle of AMTK® ME-32 nucleic acid extractor is the magnetic beads adsorption method by the magnetic rod. The system is composed of 32 magnetic rod, heating module and control system. It's compatible with different nucleic acid extraction reagents with magnetic beads. It has the characteristics of high cost performance, high timeliness and high openness.

working principle:

The magnetic beads adsorbed with nucleic acid were moved to different reagent well, and then the liquid was quickly and repeatedly stirred using the stirring sleeve on the outer layer of the magnetic rod to make the liquid and magnetic beads evenly mixed. And nucleic acid with high purity is finally obtained after cell lysis, nucleic acid adsorption, cleaning and elution.
