This kit is suitable for rapid extraction of genes from a variety of samples, such as blood/cultured cells/tissue sample. Sample is lysed by lysis buffer and adsorbed by columns,while proteins and salts and other impuri- ties are quickly washed, and finally the DNA is dis- solved in Buffer EB.
Features
1.Simple&Convenient:ultra-puregenomic DNA can be obtained within 1 h without time-consuming alcohol precipitation step.
2.Wide applications: be widely used in extraction of genomic DNA from blood、cultured cells、 tissue etc.
3.Non-toxic:No need for toxic phenol/chloroform.
Experimental material:anticoagulant blood.
Methods: Genomic DNA were extracted from antico- agulant blood with Genfine D202 and 5 competing kits.Then purified DNAs were tested by agarose gel electrophoresis.
Results: The bands intensity is highest of D202,which indicates that performance of Genfine D202kit is much better than the other kits'.
