Fr-d700 series
Fr-d700 series frequency converter is a compact multi-function frequency converter.

Fr-e700 series
Fr-e700 series frequency converter is an economical high-performance frequency converter.

Adding EMI filter to the input end of Mitsubishi inverter can effectively suppress the conducted interference of Mitsubishi inverter to the power grid. Adding input AC and DC reactors can improve the power factor and reduce harmonic pollution, with good comprehensive effect. When the distance between some motors and Mitsubishi frequency converter exceeds 100 m, it is necessary to add AC output reactor at the side of Mitsubishi frequency converter to solve the leakage current protection caused by the distribution parameters of output wire to the ground and reduce the external radiation interference. An effective method is to adopt the method of threading steel pipe or shielding cable, and reliably connect the steel pipe shell or cable shielding layer with the earth. It is worth noting that when AC output reactor is not added, if steel pipe threading or shielded cable method is adopted, the distributed capacitance of output to ground is increased, and overcurrent is easy to occur. Of course, in practical application, one or several methods are generally adopted.
Control cabinet: Mitsubishi Inverter should be installed inside the control cabinet. The following problems should be paid attention to in the design of the control cabinet. 1. Heat dissipation of Mitsubishi inverter: the heating of Mitsubishi inverter is caused by internal losses. The main circuit is the main part of the losses in Mitsubishi frequency converter, accounting for about 98%, and the control circuit accounts for 2%. In order to ensure the normal and reliable operation of Mitsubishi inverter, it is necessary to heat the Mitsubishi inverter. We usually use fans for heat dissipation; The built-in fan of Mitsubishi frequency converter can take away the heat dissipation inside the box of Mitsubishi frequency converter. If the fan cannot work normally, stop the operation of Mitsubishi frequency converter immediately; The high-power Mitsubishi inverter also needs to add a fan to the control cabinet. The air duct of the control cabinet should be designed reasonably. All air inlets should be equipped with dust screens to ensure smooth exhaust, so as to avoid eddy currents in the cabinet and dust accumulation at fixed positions; The matching fan shall be selected according to the ventilation volume in the manual of Mitsubishi inverter, and attention shall be paid to the shockproof problem in the installation of the fan.
Ambient temperature of Mitsubishi inverter: when the temperature is too high and the temperature changes greatly, the internal of Mitsubishi inverter is prone to condensation, and its insulation performance will be greatly reduced, which may even cause short circuit accidents. If necessary, desiccant and heater must be added to the tank. In the water treatment room, the water vapor is generally heavy. If the temperature changes greatly, this problem will be more prominent.
At present, the A700 series and e700 series of Mitsubishi inverter are widely used in the market. A700 series is a general-purpose inverter, which is suitable for occasions with high starting torque and high dynamic response. The e700 series is suitable for occasions with simple functional requirements and low requirements for dynamic performance, and has advantages in price.
Electromagnetic wave interference: due to rectification and frequency conversion during the operation of Mitsubishi frequency converter, a lot of interference electromagnetic waves are generated around. These high-frequency electromagnetic waves have certain interference on nearby instruments and instruments. Therefore, the instrument and electronic system in the cabinet should use metal shell to shield the interference of Mitsubishi inverter to the instrument. All components and parts shall be reliably grounded. In addition, shielded control cables shall be selected for the wiring between electrical components, instruments and meters, and the shielding layer shall be grounded. If electromagnetic interference is not handled properly, the whole system will often fail to work, resulting in control unit failure or damage.
