A: Normally it depends on your drawings or samples.Like castings, we will send out samples after we finish toolings. And it will take 15-20 days. Like machining parts, it will usually take 10 days.

A: Kindly please provide your complete drawing in PDF or CAD, 3D drawings. Or sending us the samples.

A: Usually we will frequently follow up you about our goods after you receive them.

If everything is ok, we will communicate frequently to establish long-term cooperation.

If there is any quality issues, we will investigate here and send credit note or make replenishment. Usually we always do QC before shipments, and we guarantee our quality.
