4. Operation steps

1. Connect the compressor connector, open the air pressure, adjust the pressure regulator 6 to (4pB-6pB), and make the heating plate rise;

3. Turn on the power supply, turn on the main power switch, and the indicator light will light up immediately.

7. 8. After completion, the heating plate will automatically rise and the work surface will be pulled out.

9. The hot items. If it is cold torn heat transfer paper, please wait 5-10 seconds before tearing off the heat transfer paper. If it is hot torn heat transfer paper, please tear off the heat transfer paper immediately after hot stamping.

10. After successful trial printing, you can turn button 1 right to semi-automatic gear. After placing the hot stamping item, just move the handle 7 to the top of the hot stamping item, and the hot stamping will start automatically. In case of emergency, you can press button 6 for emergency stop, and the hot stamping can continue after the emergency stop button is reset.

Six, maintenance matters:

 1. Pressure: If it is not uniform enough, first use a ruler to measure whether the distance between the four sides of the heating plate and the four sides of the bottom plate is consistent. Tighten the heating plate to lower it. If the pressure is too high or too low (usually 4KG-6KG), adjust the regulating valve on the filter to the "+" direction, increase the pressure, "-" reduce the pressure, or check whether the air compressor pressure is normal (usually The air compressor pressure is 6KG-8KG).

 2. Time: When the bottom plate is in place, the time is not displayed, then check the proximity switch to see if the distance is moderate, it should be adjusted to less than 4 mm, when the time is up, the heating plate does not come down, check the circuit.

 3. Temperature: adjust to the set temperature, do not heat up, do not control the temperature, check whether the temperature control meter, contactor, and heating plate circuit are in good contact and the electrical components are faulty.

 The whole machine must have a suitable and reliable protective ground wire

Successful hot stamping requires the correct time, temperature and pressure. The thickness and material of clothes and various types of heat transfer paper will affect the effect of hot stamping. Mass production.

The temperature and time required for hot stamping are as follows:

Cotton clothes: 180-220 degrees, 25 seconds

Polyester clothing: 180 degrees, 15 seconds

Pearlescent plate: 180 degrees, 120--180 seconds

Metal pendant: 180 degrees, 60 seconds

Mouse pad: 180 degrees, 15 seconds

Porcelain plate: 200 degrees, 180 seconds

Keychain: 180 degrees, 100 seconds

Ceramic: 180-220 degrees, 180 seconds

 Set temperature and time

  1: Temperature setting: Press the SET button once, the upper row of numbers will appear 5P, the lower row of numbers will flash, then enter the temperature setting state, press the plus key ▲ minus key? to set the temperature, and then press and hold SET after setting key for 2 seconds to confirm.
