TDF flange machine can be divided into three types according to the working requirements: single type T-12 and T-15, duplex type 2-T-12 and 2-T-15.   Single type machine like T-12 and T-15 can form flange edge at one side and hook edge at the other side; duplex type like 2-T-12 and 2-T-15 can form flange edge at both sides simultaneously to improve efficiency and save time.

Duplex TDF flange forming machine, with linear guide of Taiwan Hiwin, can form flange at two sides of duct simultaneously it’s double-sided driven and able to meet mobile requirements of high load and high accuracy . Additionally,  according to customer demand, single flange edge or hook edge can be added on both sides of duplex machine, so that one machine can be used for both purposes. Comparing with single type, duplex type help us improve efficiency, reduce delivery duration and save up labor.

Pre-service

1. Free sample cutting,

For free sample cutting/testing, please send us your CAD file, we will do cutting here and make video to show you the cutting ,or send sample to you check cutting quality.

 2. Customized machine design

According to customer’s application, we may revise our machine accordingly for customer’s convenience and high production efficiency.

Service after sales

A. Machine will be supplied with training video and user's manual in English for installation, operation, maintenance and trouble-shooting, and shall give technical guide by e-mail, fax, telephone, skype…. for fast solution. 

B. Customer may come to our factory for training. We will offer training of installation, operation, machine trouble-shooting, and maintenance.

C. We offer technician to customer site for installation and training, customer covers travel cost and local living cost.

2.What shall we do if don't know how to operate your machine?

We can arrange our engineers to your country and you can also send your engineers to our factory for learning operation. Besides, there are detailed installation and operating instructions attached. It's very simple, we have telephone and Email support at 24hours per day.

3.What are your payment terms?

We support T/T, L/C, Western Union and so on. Other ways can also be accepted after we both sides' discussion and agreement.
