Y81 series hydraulic metal balers press the leftover of all kinds of metal material(steel shavings, scrap steel, scrap aluminum, scrap copper, scrap stainless steel)to be qualified furnace in the shape of cuboids, octagon, cylinder and so on, which not only decreases the freight and smelting costs , but also increases the speed of casting . This machine is mainly applicable to steel mills , recycling industries and ferrous metallurgical works.

1. All machines are hydraulic-driven with alternatives of manual or automatic control.

Cover door

Scaleboard material of the cover door: NM500 NM500 is a high-strength wear-resistant steel plate with high wear resistance. Brinell hardness number 500 (HBW). The cover door scaleboard material of our company's hydraulic metal baling machine is NM500, which provides protection for the cover door , prolongs the service life of the equipment, reduces maintenance and shutdown caused by maintenance, and reduces capital investment accordingly.

Blade device

Blade material: 5WSiCr Shearing blades are installed at the both top sides of the compression chamber to match with the sides of the cover door, so as to effectively shear the excess materials at the top sides of the compression chamber, avoid jamming and improve feed efficiency.
