WC67K series hydraulic servo CNC press brake

Bending machine is the use of the mold (general or special mold) to bend the cold metal sheet into various geometric sections of the workpiece. The bending machine generally adopts the CNC system of the bending machine. The coordinate axis of the bending machine has been developed from the single axis to the 12 axis. It can automatically realize the depth control of the slider operation, the tilt adjustment of the slide block, and the adjustment of the rear stopper before and after the numerical control system. Left and right adjustment, pressure tonnage adjustment and slider approaching working speed adjustment, etc. It can make the bending machine conveniently realize the actions of sliding block downward, inching, continuous, pressure maintaining, return and midway stop, and complete the multi elbow bending of the same angle or different angles at one time.

??The whole machine is in sheet plate welded structure ,with internal stress eliminated by vibration aging technology, high strength and good rigidity of machine. ??Double hydraulic oil cylinder is applied for upper transmission ,provided with mechanical limit stooper and synchronous torsion bar ,typical of stable and reliable operation, as well as high precision. Back gauge positioning and slide stroke are controlled by a servo motor drive device .And the value is dispayed on the NC display screen ,to achieve multi-workpiece and multi-step automation
