Hydraulic press brake machine is an important equipment for work piece bending and forming in sheet metal industry.

Machine tool for bending metal sheet and plate material (the most common metal plates). Bends the cold metal plate into work pieces of various shapes according to the process needs through matching punches and molds (general or special molds).

Widely used in sheet metal bending in automobile, aircraft manufacturing, light industry, shipbuilding, container, elevator, railway vehicle and other industries.

CNC hydraulic press brake machine is used for manufacturing continuous and complex work pieces to improve efficiency.

Multi-work-step programming function is able to achieve an automatic operation and continuous positioning of multi-step procedures, an automatic precision adjustment for positions of rear stopper and gliding block.

The press brake machine is provided with bend counting function, for a real-time display of processing quantity, power-failure memory of positions stopper and gliding block, procedures and parameters.

Imported ball bearing lead screw and linear guide rail are used for rear stopper, to ensure the positioning precision of rear stopper, for processing precision of machine to be higher.

Overall structure:
1. Using UG (finite element) analysis, through computer aid design, with nice appearance.

2. The press brake machine structure is welded with steel plate, with sufficient strength and rigidity. The hydraulic drive prevents the machine from serious overload operation accidents caused by the change of sheet thickness or bad choice of lower die cavity. Additionally, this machine is also featured by the steadiness of work, convenience of operation, and reliable safety.

3. The mechanic block is equipped in the oil cylinder to ensure the fixing accuracy when the slider travels to the bottom dead point and so as to assure the consistency of bending angle in bulking production.

4. Using German technology to eliminate internal stress.

5. Entire frame using striking grit to get rid of rust and spout anti corrosive paint.
