A: since 2000, we are a Chinese factory with various high-precision hardware parts, such as stamping parts, automatic lathe parts,
CNC milling parts, springs, fasteners, etc.
Q: how does your company deal with customer complaints?
A: our policy in dealing with customer complaints is customer first.
1) After receiving the customer's complaint, we will inform all relevant personnel, such as production manager, engineer, quality
personnel, understand the overall situation and find out the reason.
2) We will report the reasons and solutions to our customers.
3) Then negotiate with the customer and find an acceptable solution agreed by both parties.
Q: how does your company control product quality?
A: first of all, we will prepare samples for customers to confirm. 2, After getting the customer's confirmation. We will hold
meetings with production managers, quality personnel and engineers to discuss problems in sample production and evaluate whether
any problems may occur in mass production and how to avoid them. Third, we have IQC to check the coming materials from size to
surface requirements, if qualified, a qualified label will be issued. High quality people will check the first few parts after
debugging the machine. Fifthly, FQC will check the parts every 2 hours. Sixth, FQC will check the finished parts before packaging
to ensure that no defective parts are delivered to the customer.
