Products Description
The machine is an automatic tablet stripping granulator for recovering medicines with defective Aluminum-plastic blister packaging boards. It is connected sequentially with 304 stainless steel shell, micro motor, first-stage reducer, roller combination and guide platecombination, and equipped with electric brake switch and interlock switch. The micro-motor accelerator drives a set of roller which simulates manual peeling of tablets. The whole plate of the aluminum-plastic foam cover is peeled off from the defective packaging board, and the particles are collected separately from the packaging through the guide plate and the baffle rubber plate.

3. The equipment has high precision and good use effect. Capsules and tablets are fully granulated from the aluminium-plastic sheet. Capsules and tablets will not be extruded, and the service life ofthe equipment is long.
4. Reasonable design, attention to details, throughout the design process from the point of view of the actual user, safe operation, easy to move, different sizes, arrangement of tablets adjustment is convenient, no need to change the mold. Close to the actual use needs of the workshop to the greatest extent.
