3. Oil and water separate system can separate the oil and water which is evaporated, reduce the water recycle pollution, increase the water reuse rate, reduce the oil consumption.

4. Oil filter system: Up and down oil tank, double room heating system, individual control heating, filtering the oil when frying to maintain the oil cleanness and reduce oil waste.

5. This machine is made of 304 stainless steel with the characteristics of high efficiency, stable function, easy installation.

6. One key operation, press the START button, close frying tank---add oil----Vacuum----heat oil--- automatic temperature control frying(The material cage is in low speed rotation while frying process, the material is stirred in the cage and evenly frying)----De-oil(In vacuum state, frequency E-motor is rotating in high speed)---Open frying tank to take out the material(Finish one frying cycle)

7. Electricity system: Control system Brand is Mitsubishi, Japan which is stable. Control system contain frying, vacuumize, primary filter, in and out oil, de-oil, open cover etc. These functions are automatically controlled. And in Chinese/English language display. Stable function, easy operation, Touch screen can adjust the working time according to the material. Interface is visual and operation is easy.Control system contains: PLC main body, frequency changer, temperature module expand, Touch screen, switch, button, isolation transformer, air switch, contactor, heat relay, UK terminal, wire, middle relay, breaker. PLC and frequency controller are famous brand, low voltage electric components are using Schneider and CHINT brand.
