The machine is new product which is improved based on customer’s requirements. It’s suitable for packaging of all kinds of liquid and solid in large & medium pharmaceutical factory, health medicine factory, hospital preparation lab, food industry, electronic industry, hardware industry, etc. It can protect the material from steam or dust, improve product packing degree, and increase the additional value. Working Principle
1.Forming: our machine use pre-heating the PVC, then adopt Electronic Valve for forming.
2. Feeding: According to your Image, I can see there are Chocolate and biscuit in one blister, So we use Chocolate Feeder to feed the chocolate into blisters automatically. And you only need to feed the biscuit into the blister by manual.
3. Sealing: After the feeding, our machine will seal the blister automatically, PVC sealed with Aluminum or PE, or PET, or other material you want.
4. Cutting: At the end of the machine there is a cutting mould, cut the blister into pieces.
5. Capacity: with the Chocolate Feeder and Manually filling biscuit, our machine can run in 30 cutting/minute. It means our machine can produce 30 blisters in one minute.

2.Mould is located by locating groove which makes it easy to change mould. The machine heats the PVC through conduction and forms it through pressing and frothing.

4.Speed is shifted by step-less transducer. Adopt the interface of human-machine and PLC programmable controller, it can synchronize accurately.
5.Adopt the equipment of trace pressing, batch number printing and scarp-collecting.
6.Manipulator grip to tow wrapper, straight to-and-fro running. Synchronize accurately. (Stepping motor can be chose to drive and tow wrapper)
7.The heating moulds will automatically separate when the machine stops, which contributes to protect the material between them and extend the machine’s life.
