1.The machine can realize manual bag hanging, and automatic filling and stoppering.
2.Can complete the filling and sealing of soft bags, and install the sealing stoppers after filling.
3.Suitable for quantitative filling of 20ml-1000ml IV solutions.
4.Use a sanitary flow meter, the filling error is ±1%.
5.Use φ13 stopper (subject to the specification agreed by both parties) for single-tube sealing, and the qualified stoppering rate is 99%.
6.The bags and soft tubes must not be physically stretched or damaged during the operation of the equipment.

Operation
1.Workers dump the stoppers into the designated hoppers.
2.Workers manually place empty bags into the fixture according to the operating procedures, and the manipulator clamps the empty bags to start filling (if the soft bag is not in place, the equipment alarms and does not fill and seal). The filling is controlled by a sanitary flow meter and a sanitary electromagnetic diaphragm valve. When the set capacity is reached, the filling will be stopped, and the set sealing stoppers will be automatically installed onto the soft bags. The equipment can alarm for lack of stoppers.
3.The equipment touch screen has the functions of parameter setting, fault alarm, equipment debugging and so on.
4.The equipment comes with emergency stop switch, filling area safety protection (acrylic protection), CIP/SIP module.
